Ingredients
1 can (2oz) anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup unsalted butter
2 egg yolks
Fresh vegetables and chunks of crusty bread
Directions
1. Cook the anchovies, garlic and unsalted butter in
a medium pan until butter ha melted. Transfer mixture
to a food processor bowl.
2. Add egg yolks. Process until mixture is thick.
3. Pour into fondue pot, slowly bring to simmering point.
Serve at once with selected vegetables and skewered
crusty bread. Fondue may also be served in a bowl and
passed around on a platter with the bread and vegetables
for guests to help themselves.
